Or it's the release dates for Windows 8 (all three release dates being announced).

 

I just read some reports of the release and saw a pic or two. Looks and sounds very nice and I hope that MS can get the manufacturing costs down a bit to compete with the others.

Just had a look through this link and im very impressed/excited to get my hands on this. Looks like theyve really thought about this design and the fact that it can be a tablet as well as u can flick the kickstand out and use it as a laptop. Great idea!

Im also a bit worried about how much they will try and market the Pro version for, i can see them putting a hefty price tag onit because it can be turned into a laptop aswell so therfore its competing with the Ipad & Imac.

 

Supposed to be comparative to an ultrabook so priced from £800 to £1200 then.

 

I'd buy that for a dollar!!

Couldn't resist it :P to be fair though thats where windows 8 should be, on a tablet. It may turn out to be rather good I can quite a few positives of being able to run familiar software on a tablet it would be pretty cool to have powercli and the viclient xencenter etc on it actually natively.

 

I am very interested in the tablet actually... I think Windows will fit quite well on a tablet.

The other day I played around with Windows Server 2012 and its something else... something to seriously get used to.
