(and a bit of a reminder for some older ones!)

Just to say that at :
    http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/Catalog.aspx

you can find online e-learning courses and other info (you'll need a passport account to log in) including products such as classroom training, e-learning, e-reference, articles, books, and exams. Sometimes there are special offers too.

Whilst the "meaty" courses (such as for MCDST, MCSA, MCSE) do have to be paid for (typical cost about £230 per exam) there is a lot of free info such as learning plans, white papers and info about the exams. There is also stuff on there for programmers and developers.

Hardened professionals will also find useful material on new technologies (Win 2008 Server, Sharepoint 3.0 etc) and again much of this is free.

It's worth signing up just to have a good browse around and most of the courses offer online interactive training and give you a certificate at the end (note - for MCDST/MCSE etc, you cannot sit the exam here or get a certificate).

The current list of free products is here :

    Enjoy !
