    I am not offering warez. It is an Offer. I just don't want I waste the access to 70-620 but since I already paid for it, I cannot give it free to you guys.

    Definite breach of license. Certification practice exam companies give you a non-transferrable, single-user license to use the product... meaning, only you can use it, and you can't even legally give it away, much less sell it.

    No problem. For the record, that's the way ALL of the practice exam companies have set up their license agreements. I used to do copyright investigations for Transcender, and we watched that stuff pretty closely, so they probably do too. You might not want to pursue your sale any further if you don't want MeasureUp to cancel your account.

    I know you don't want to hear all this... but I'm sincerely trying to help by keeping you outta trouble. Don't slay the messenger. But I do agree with their policy.
