Greetings, Denrich. Welcome to CertForums. I'm in the US so am pretty unqualified to answer your question. However, there are two internationally recognized organizations that administer the MCSE tests (there are several...not just one). One is Prometric and the other is VUE. I'm posting the links to both below. You should be able to find sites local to London from those links. Hope they help.
