They've integrated the Windows 8.1 exams so to get MCSA Windows 10 you need...

70-687 Configuring Windows 8.1
70-688 Supporting Windows 8.1
70-697 Configuring Windows Devices

Also they have moved back the Windows 8.1 MCSA retirement date back to July 2016.
