My first real post...

Two questions for your all..

1. Does anybody know of any free or low cost mp3 audio recordings I could listen to on my commute to/from work to further reinforce my testout online training ?

2. What hints/tips do you guys offer for times when I feel my willpower flagging a little ?

Cant answer number one mate, but for number 2, do something you enjoy. Play ps3 or something take a break. After all your in no rush are you? Once you have the certificate you have worked for it makes it all worth while trust me

ive just done the 646 + 648 in a month (two week ea)

with the aid of cbt nuggets.

to be honest the exams are no where as hard as say the 290, and as you have a mcse, these should be a walk in the park.

the only thing worth noting is that you need really look at ca's.

 

the only audio products i know off are preplogic and transignal

preplogic lecture series is only really a audio version of the mega guides. Doesn't cover everything.

Could you put your testout videos audio on to a ipod?

Transignal do loads of free videos on youtube, you can put them onto ipod if you wish.

 

Not specifically for MCSE/MCITP exams, but www.minasi.com sells a very nice 15 CD audio set where Mark talks about Windows Server 2008. I can recommend this for commutes, very interesting, informative and Mark's a good speaker.

Then I will probably look into the 2k8 Certs.

Wouldn't it be classed as in the public domain once on youtube? If a company is putting vids on there in an official capacity, then I hardly imagine they are worried about people putting them on portable media players, especially given how easy it is to download a youtube vid these days.

On the other hand, as I have never looked at their channel on youtube, NFI what the T&C's are like.
