    Hi guys,

I know that the MCDST for Windows XP is still worth doing, but is it better to do the Vista or 7?

Well since most companies will still use XP for years to come, I would do the MCDST then the windows 7 upgrade.

    Why not do all three?

The 70-620 will probably be the easiest cert you ever get, it's Vista in a workgroup. I've not taken the exam myself but the study material I have for it makes the 70-680 look like brain surgery/rocket science/generic very difficult thing.
I can't see what harm it would do you, except to your wallet, to have the cert.

    This.

I would recommend getting the MCDST on XP cert without hesitation - the exams retire at the end of March. Afterwards, I'd get either Vista, 7, or both. As Soundian has rightly described, 70-620 is a walk in the park. Just grab a study guide and a PC with Vista on it.
