Afternoon all (hey it is here in Canada),

I'm currently gearing up our Managed Service offerings at my current company and am getting the chance to implement a proper take on process which will require documentation.

Now I've got a basic base to work from mentally on what needs including, i.e. auditing of existing setups, advice/project work required to bring up to supportable level, then the actual managed phase.

The question: Does any one know of any resources (or even just topics) available online, or that might be on Books 24x7, discussing similar topics that would give me a broader overview or deeper insight? Edit: Re-reading this sounds like I'm only after free info, also interested in recommended books on the topic(s).

I've run a few Managed Services contracts before, but never had as much chance to do it properly as I have now, so I'd like to get my teeth in to it a bit more (along with a bit of technical writing practice), all information pointers accepted, I'll make ya a cuppa!

FYI: We're talking small business type setups on the technical side.

FWIW: I've just been doing some further browsing...have I been asking about ITIL without realising wth ITIL is ?
