Any pointers on this one appreciated, thanks!

Exchange 2003 (single sbs) with Outlook 2003.

One user is not receiving email when sent from another member of staff's Blackberry (BIS) - fine when sent from Outlook.

When reported initially, the recipient's email address was malformed when looking for the message using ESM.

Instead of [email protected] it was f!rstn@[email protected] - so unsure how it arrived in the first place!

The contact was deleted from the handset and now a test message is displayed correctly in exchange tracker and states it has been delivered to all three mailboxes although it is nowhere to be seen in Outlook (no rules) and OWA for the problem user.

    Strange one mate.

I would remove the senders BIS account from the Vodafone/O2/Orange portal and then re add it in again and try again.

Why not delete the BES account entirely, flush the phone and start again?

    hi si,

it's BIS not BES - perhaps that's what you meant.

I think the BIS account has been recreated although i was thinking alone the lines of an Outlook problem - never known message tracker to tell porkies to date!

Ahh I am used to the Blackberry Enterprise Server but I would expect it's the same kind of thing.
