Not by my girlfriend (so far), but by the guy i'm working with Wednesday and thursday.

You see we're working in London Wednesday, so staying in Kensington overnight tuesday. And he's set up a date with a girl for tuesday night, rather than spend the night with me in a bar having a few beers. I dunno, how could he prfer a girls company to my sparkling wit, semi-intelligent conversation and charming personality??

So if anyone can recommend a good restaurant or bar to drink in near Kensington for Tuesday night, or if anyones free and fancies a pint, shout!

Wednesday he has no choice as we're in Evesham doing the same job on another site. Thats 85 PCs per site to reset the bios settings, i reckon 10 mins per pc so around 14 hours for one man, which is why we're having 2 of us. Least its an excuse to have a few drinks on the company (well teh 2 they let us have!)

If not just prop yourslef up against the bar and put the drinks on the other guys account

I wish, but he will have his 2 when he takes the woman out. Of course theres always the chance it wont happen. Not that i bear a grudge, but when he suggested i come along and i replied i didn't want to be the spare wheel, he turned round and said i was aready carrying the spare tyre!

 

You wouldnt believe how many nights i've spent in bars around the world proping them up on my own! But the company is strict with having drinks on expenses. I even asked if a lap dancer would count as entertainment and they said no!

 

Ok here is what you do, find a bar with low light. Then get ya a blow up doll with a blond wig. Set her in the corner and wait for some poor drunk sod to start buying her pints and switch them out with your empty ones. Let us know how it goes.

 

Mitz - a blonde blow up doll may not be a good idea for our lonely twizzle after x amount of pints.

The only good thing about using a blow up doll would be i wouldnt have to listen to the whiny voice most blondes have!

Any way this wasnt supposed to be about me getting a date, just someone to drink with if needed!

This is another thing I would do, it'll pass the time and you never know you might get lucky unless its some man bird

Tell her you'l do rounds with her, you wont have to pay as much as her
