I'm looking for my first 'proper' IT role. Should have completed my MCDST in a month. I'm getting no response so far from job applications and wondering if i'm misjudging my CV.

Am I overplaying it? Underplaying it? I have left off my degree as I don't think that would help, and have downplayed my last role for the same reason.

    Any help/ suggestions gratefully accepted.

    Thanks

Leaving off the degree is a mistake imho, it's a very good thing to have listed for various reasons. I wouldn't down play things at all imho, but that's just me.

Personally I'm not a fan/believer in all this playing your qualifications down as it'll harm you getting a job, that's not been my experience in the past with both getting jobs and also hiring people.
