    Hi welcome to the forumns.

Do you have any kind of IT qualifications at the moment?

If not the best place would be to start with the CompTia A+, N+. These qualifications are the industry standard for a computer support technician. I'm currently studying towards it right now and find it very enjoyable.

    Regards

I have completed Bachelors degree n Posgraduate Diploma in Computer Science in 2008, but it seems like a certification is required to climb next step in career. I read Ken's post about doing CompTIA Security+ and thinking about self study on tht.

    Welcome to CF:D

As Kopite_21 has said, the A+, N+ is the recommended route to take.

Anyway, good luck in whatever you decide.
