Hi all, our DC died on Monday and has been replaced with another DC but the logon scripts don't kick in on bootup to map the network drives. They have replicated over to the new DC and DNS is working fine and the DC has been fine and the old one taken out of the equation. Has anyone got any ideas on things to try?

    Cheers in Advance

    Michael

check the group policy is finding them ok
it could still be trying to load \\oldbusteddc\SYSVOL\ stuff rather than \\newshineyDC\SYSVOL\ stuff

    just a thought
could be offbase though as i thought the SYSVOL was replicated to avoid such naming problems :)
    \\DOMAINNAME\SYSVOL

but its your group policy not mine :D
