All I have to say is what an exam. For some reason I found it much harder than the 291.
50 questions, 6 simulations.
I ran out of time, picked a random answer for the last question, and didn't get to review anything.

Just barely passed with a 781.

Transcender helped me a lot with this exam by kicking my ass on all 4 practice tests.

I've turned on my out of office assitant, and now it's time for a nap.

It was much less DNS, and DHCP, and much much more Security.

Make sure you know how to secure traffic in every possible scenario. Different OS's, WAN links, AD trusts, non Trusts, multiple domains, child domains, internal/external employees.
When to use Certificates (Public, Enterprise and Standalone), Kerberos, NTLMv2, IPsec.
Templates vs GPO's.

Know your out-of band administrative options and clustering.

 

I hate to be a party crasher... but you're skirting the edges of your non-disclosure agreement you signed with Microsoft. Fortunately, you're not giving much more info than that shown on Microsoft's objectives. Still, you'd probably rather I warn you than Microsoft do so. Just want your certs to be safe, my friend...

I'm studying for this one now, I'll probably be taking it in a month or so.

 

You are so right everytime I start to write something about how hard an exam was etc I have to delete it because I think can I say that lol. Method thanks for the insight though lol and may your certs stay with you

I always try to be as general as possible, but I admit I don't know where the official line is drawn. I'll keep it in mind thanks.

 

Yeah, that's the problem... none of us know for sure, myself included. All I know is what I read on the NDA, and that some people have been decertified for life for revealing info.

Is it likely that they'll do anything with that little info? Nah, probably not. But why risk it? Either you're not saying much more than is on their web site... or you're saying more than they want you to reveal.

Thanks for being understanding and taking the advice in the spirit it was meant to be taken.
