Hi i was wondering if any body has an idea of prospects for people who have an MCDST but no experience. I have helpdesk experience but not on standard helpdesk stuff such as MS Office, Active Directory etc more call logging, customer service.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Welcome

If you have MCDST then getting an entry level call centre or IT tech job should be what you are looking for. The MCDST is an entry level cert for those types of jobs.
