Most people round here would recommend Mike Meyers AIO.
The'd also recommend at least 2 different study resources so get both.
You might like to check out Professor Messer, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Nework+, Microsoft Certification Training

Most people will recommend Meyers hands down. I've read Andrews book. She's knowledgeable, but kind of dry. Meyers is knowledgeable and entertaining, which is good for holding your interest.
