Just looking for an EASY to understand book that may not bore the sh1t out of me, which I can study from and just get the job done for exam.
Have tried the official OGC book but cant really get me head around the concepts and it send me to sleep zzzzzzzzzz. There must be something more practical out there guys, please help? Ta

The Art of Service book is easy to follow. I used it when I did mine and was able to take the exam after 1 week.
