Hi guys

Could sombody please summarise (obviousily not asking for full details) how the ITIL provides a good basic framework to resolve queries?

If somebody could highlight key points. I would enternally grateful.

It doesn't provide a framework for resolving queries, it provides a framework for managing the IT service lifecycle. I.E strategy, design, transition, operation and continual service improvement. Drier than a 3 week old bit of toast.
