    Good Evening,

I currently work on Service Desk and I want to try and manage our IT stock much better. I currently use a spreadsheet to record our current stock but I want to see if I can maybe use another tool to do this. For instance, say I had 10 monitors in stock and needed to use 6 monitors and the minimum amount of stock for monitors is 5 can I use a tool to alert the Service Desk to place a order to replenish the monitors or any other IT equipment I may have used?

Appreciate your help guys if you maybe are aware of any applications that I can possibly use...
