Is this an ad for a first line helpdesk job or just a call centre job

    Job description
    The purpose of the role is to provide excellent and efficient customer service. You will be working within a team environment taking ownership and ensuring first time resolution for all inbound customer contacts including technical support queries in order to meet and exceed customers expectations. Successful applicants will join our technical support department within a busy and well established call centre ensuring professionalism and flexibility for all mediums of customer contact, be it telephone, e-mail or chat. This is a customer service focused role, full training and additional support and development available. The majority of the role is on phone scheduled within our busy peak call times.

    Candidate profile
    We are looking for well organised, motivated applicants with the ability and desire to learn, develop new and existing skills and strive to achieve excellence. An ability to work in a team environment as well as occasionally in a sole charge role are preferable.
