So I am extending my knowldge(which is -0) on networks and servers. After failing to find begineer level material aimed at the latest NOS but finding adequate material for the earlier versions I am wondering whether there is a giant leap between say Windows server 2008 and 2012 also same question applies to exchange server 2007 and 2013(I think this is the latest bar 2016).

In terms of basic AD tasks there isn't too much difference Server 2008 and Server 2012.

Big jump between Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013
