My mother in law has been told she needs to do an ITQ course for work. Form what i can see it's a fairly basic course to teach office bods how to use word, excel and power point. I was wondering if this is something that would be worth me doing. I have just passed my A+ and know how to do stuff like formulas and mail merges etc. I haven't really used power point but might have a little play at some stage just to get used to it. Is this something that will improve my CV or is it a waste of time? I believe it's replacing the ECDL but i'm not 100% on that fact.

tbh, i'd never bother with one, but i'm not in that line of work, it may be required for 1st line stuff - so not entirely sure, i guess it's down to how companies run their first line, depending on what they require support for.

No harm in doing it though i guess..
