Got an Interview next week, helpdesk role with a company that provides DSL and VoIP products.

I'm pretty OK with the DSL side of things, but can anyone point me to a decent starter guide to Voip? my knowledge goes about as far as the CCNA sylabus, going to the interview armed with a little more theory would be nice!
