As some of you may remember I applied for a job in a building society which the interviews were held on the 16th. As I hadn't heard anything I thought that I havent been successful in getting an interview.

However I got a letter this morning asking me to attend an interview for the same position on Monday. I wonder if none of the other applicants were suitable or something else has happend as the job advertisment specifically stated all interviews for this position to be held on Wednesday 16th April from 9:00am.

be yourself and be honest.

 

I wish you well, get some interview tips from the web site and don't overly concentrate on the technical aspect of things. Try to come across as confident but not arrogant and as a customer focused, team player type of person.

Above all be yourself and if you don't know the answer to a question say so and that you can research that as you're a quick learner and willing to learn. Cheerio

When you get into IT, you'll find that things happen quite often that prevent minor things - like interviewing people - from happening when they're scheduled to happen. Ensuring that the workstations and PCs and apps are up and running is MUCH more important than interviewing on a certain day at a certain time.

As a great (old) American once said, "take names, kick butt, slash tires"... well, summit like that anyway...

 

There could be loads of reasons for that date. What matters is they obviuosly like what they see and want YOU in on Monday!
