I have never heard of them before, are they like Orange?

I'd say they were like orange in that they are a major UK mobile network.

I'm gonna assume it's a case of bad luck, ie: I suppose it could happen to any network. I Don't know.

I'd always been told they were quite good. :hhhmmm

 

Just for information Bluerinse:

T-Mobile are originally a german company I believe.

They bought out One2One, who were a big player in the uk market, and prior to that One2One were known as Mercury Communications.
