Apple do not allow the running of their OS on any non apple hardware including via VM or emulation which is why there is so little out there. As far as I am aware I do know of any virutalisation product that will support OS X as a VM.

    Hi

There is a group that research the installation of OS X on a PC, called the OSx86 project, though the legality of this is very questionable.

For virtualising OS X, both Parallel's for Mac and VMWare for Mac's latest versions support it, though a Mac is required to run these programs.

If you really need to run OS X, maybe consider a Mac mini, or a second hand Mac from Ebay. Apple also sell refurbished models.
