    Hey, everyone. Had a rush CCIE project to finish up by the end of December. :blink After that, I needed a well-deserved vacation - took a week and a half off. When I got back last Monday, I expected to have the time to catch up on the forums... but the Joshman asked me if I could do some training and technical edits with one of our newer authors on his team. That done, I have returned. :)

    So... what'd I miss? Anything exciting?

    EDIT: Holy moly! The ads are out of control!

    Not MY payment to CF... the last two Premium Member donations were gifted to me. :) I can't afford it until Bran gets out of pre-school... or until/unless I can convince Boson to buy it for me. :)

    Hah, hardly. I'm studying my ass off at the moment. I've been offered a pay-rise, but only if I complete MCSE by April, so I'm having to pull my finger out.

    Plus my boss is providing me with lots of exposure to relevant areas of study (how namespaces were planned, focus on AD design, delegation of control etc) which is helping a lot.

    Oh, I'm also not making ridiculous amounts of notes now either - I'm just reading the book, doing the questions and then watching CBT nuggets. If I take an exam and fail, I'll second shot it and re-read the areas I fell down on. Much more of a gung-ho attitude, but it's working out well so far *fingers crossed*

    Anyway, better get back to it. Glad to have you back matey. :)
