Hey

I was wondering if anyone can recommend any resources and/or books in regards to:
- Enterprise content management
- Business process management
based on IBM FileNet P8 server.

I am currently looking at certifications from IBM to aim for but I have really hardly any knowledge on the topic and I might have to act as 1st line support for P8 server soon.

I would appreciate any information that could give me deeper insight on those concepts.
Please keep in mind that I'm interested in technical side of those management solutions and not the idea of content and process management in general.
