Took at look at it (reviews) and while it isn't as good as the iPhone, the CECT P168 is the closest clone of it. Even though I'm getting an iPhone, I'm tempted to try out the CECT P168 just to see first hand what it's like.

    Anyone else seen/heard/tried this phone?

Fake would be buying an iPhone that wasn't an iPhone, buying a phone which is marketed as an iPhone clone/copy but under it's own name is different.

Besides, the difference of £60-£100 vs £350 to £400 approx on payg :)

Why buy an IBM compatible/clone PC (which over 80% of the marker is now) instead of a proper IBM machine?

I've heard that the Samsung Omnia is a good 'poor mans alternative' to the iPhone.

Or, alternatively, just get a real phone that works, doesn't cost an absolutely enormous amount of money and doesn't make you look like an AppleMug(tm) when using it.

The guy in the Carphone warehouse tried to sell me one as it does video and you can forward messages and it had a better camera. So I gave it a look and thought it was the same as everyother touch screen that isnt the G1 or the iPhone.

Not worth the money in my opinion.
