Im not fat or anything lol infact Im skinny Im about 5,9 and weigh 10stone. I just think eating 5 pieces of fruit and veg per day is to much commitment to make I can go 3 months without either. Lately though I've been trying, infact I just ate a celery stick a banana and an apple, but I just dont enjoy fruit and veg atall.

I think it depends how ya take it to be honest!

Don't think I'd manage 5 portions of hard fruit and veg a day, but a smoothie or couple of fruit juices a day will knock it down to manageable levels for me.

An odd one. Although I never used to be one to grab fruit I'm more inclined to do so these days.

As for five a day I find it fits in easily most days. Banana with breakfast, some misc fruit object taken into work for a snack (Apple, cherries, another banana etc), veggies in the lunch be it either in a s/w or last nights leftovers, orange juice or similar at home then a portion of veg in the evening curry, er dinner. That's five, ok some days it's four if the snack isn't fruit (left over bbq beef today omnomnom).
