How much would you pay...

    How much would you guys pay for the below; realistically please...

    -2.4Ghz Duo core E6600
    - asus striker extreme,
    -2GB RAM
    -1TB Hard disk space in total..
    -8800 GTS 320mb
    -7.1 Surround sound card...(forget the make...its a good one though)
    -Wireless network card...
    -2x DVI ports
    -Custom made case.
    -Relevant fans and power supply
    -2x 20" samsung 206BW monitors

    I would just like any approximation of how much you guys would pay for a system like that.

    To be honest a lot depends on if the stuff is brand new/used, built by an individual or a company, whether the parts are generic or named parts and how the whole rig is put together.

    probably around £850 but that all depends on the make of GPU and monitors etc.

    I'd pay absolutely nothing, that is - until I'd found out that the Hard disks definitely weren't Samsungs. It'll all end in tears if they are.

    How exactly are the hard drives arranged anyway? 2 x 500? Or 4 x 250?

    I paid 1k for a similar setup back in march last year - although it didnt have the monitors, and nowhere near as much capacity.

    I would, however, fork out for one of these
