OT i know, but where else?

So as i am still learning, i find i can, and do, spend hours and hours learning about this and that, backups, disaster recovery, exchange server, redundancy, the insane amount of different microsoft products, their server series for one, how many of you have heard of, Windows Essential Business Server, Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation, i am sure you all have though or are most of you comfortable with the knowledge you have?
