how close is the syllabus of 271/272 to the 270?

just started a week's training course for the 271/272 exams.

if i pass these, i plan to take the 270 next.

how much of the 270 exam is covered in the 271/272 syllabus.

i would say 10-20% of MCDST is the 270 exam.. its a tough exam so make sure you dont miss key areas..

it;s a shame about it only being 10%....but hopefully if i complete this week's course and study regularly for about a month, i can pass the mcdst and maybe it will be good grounding for the 270.
