    hi everybody just joined and thought i would introduce myself, im dave and iam working my way throught the A+ course, i would be gratefull to anybody who has passed this course and could offer any general advice thanks

    Welcome to CF, glad you joined.

    The only general advise that I can give you is to study. I've found the examcram2 books for the Comptia stuff pretty good.

    As for advice on A+

    Most people round here use Mike Meyers A+ All in one
    I think it depends on how you learn and what study techniques you use. Like Raffaz mentioned have a look on the Comptia section of this forum and under the A+ section you will find loads of advice and members with the same questions you've probably got going through your mind right now.:biggrin
