    Hi all
    Passed Microsoft desktop support technician April, now aiming for Network +, CCNA, anybody think I need to do A+ aswell, have been building pc's for years, work for a local telco-cable-broadband company in Northants
    I see AJ lives in Northampton

    Tommo if you have that much exp I don't think you need A+ or N+ for that matter. Unless you think it may help you with a job position. Those certs are to help newbies entering the field to build a good knowledge foundation of computers and networks so it won't be such a struggle when they move deeper into their field. However, I also lives in the states so I don't know how much these certs will help you to land a job in your country.

    Just tried the network + cd exams and got 67% without reading the book, pass mark is 75%, now to some lite reading :rolleyes:
