    Hi rosy

    Nice to meet you

There must be a few off us on here 8)

was a while back when i passed all the exams lol

I hated the powerpoint exam, specially since it was a higher pass mark. It took me 2 attempts to pass it lol. Access and outlook was a piece of cake but my god word and excel was hard lol

    Take care

    John :D

    Hi John,

I look after the telephone system for the school I work at. Get a bit fed up of telecommunication companies cold calling to see if they can "give the school a good deal".

Still it goes with the job :!:

PowerPoint and Word were the easiest for me as I use them most often. I don't remember the Access one so couldn't have been that bad, I remember being relieved when passing Excel as it isn;t a strength of mine and was hard! I had to re-sit the Outlook exam as the fact that it was mostly multiple choice threw me - I could DO all of the items in the criteria but remembering the correct wording without being able to see the Outlook screen was a struggle!

Did you do your exams in 2000?

    Hi AJ

It is all still the same mate

telecommunication companies still tout for business. Out going calls to customers offering talk plans and broadband product s etc. Something which i am against , but what can u do lol. In my view, if people want these products they would call us. I have come across to many complaints when talk plans are added when not ness, causing friction between service rep and customer. Just because sales agent needs sales...always customer service rep , like myself gets the wrath lol

    John
