Hi all Cerforums users!

My names Scott and looking for some advice on finding a new job in the IT industry around Leicester.

For the past 2 years I've been working on 1st Line IT Support. I've applied for several 2nd line, 3rd line roles and haven't been able to progress to anywhere.

My current qualifications are:


• PRO: Upgrading to Windows 7 MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
• TS (Technology Specialist) Microsoft Windows 7, Configuring
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST Windows XP)
• Advanced Diploma for IT Professional (ADITP)
• NVQ Level 3 for IT Professional and Practitioners
• Comp TIA A+ AND Comp TIA Network+

A lot of agencies have said I'm over qualified for some 2nd line roles or don't have enough experience.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
