Thinking of doing a A+ course and have had Skills Train phone me up. Has anyone done anything with these. Have been doing a self teach course at home from a DVD I got from eBay. I have been enjoying it and have got stuck on the Binary part of it. Was never good in school teacher never give me the time, bad school. Has anyone got any advice on how to learn Binary for computers?

    Regards Tulloch

    Hi and welcome.

There was an awsome post on binary made not very long ago. Unfortunately it got lost in a crash!

Perhaps I should try and remember it....

There have been numerous posts in our Training and Development forum regarding various training providers, including the one you mention. I would strongly urge you to delve into some of those threads, they are a real eye opener!

Bear in mind that often it is the people with an axe to grind that make the most noise and that satified customers rarely make the point of posting the fact.

Personally I would stick to self study, because in the long run you will be doing just that, even if you go with a provider.

BTW - welcome to the forum 8)
