I read that the best resume to write is an functional resume. Could someone help me write a functional for entry level IT with only
my A+ Certification as my education. My previous jobs were non IT related.

While I agree the functional CV is the best one. Because you do not have any previous IT experience, I would recommend the entry level CV or academic CV.

If you want a second opinion on your current CV, e-mail it to me. Other's will be along with their knowledge/experience.
