    Hi
I am going down the path of upgrading my MCSE 2003 cert and about sit the 70-649 exam, not sure what to do next !

Can anyone enlighten me on if i already have got and 'used' the 70-620 Vista cert to optain my MCSE 2003, can this be used towards
the MCITP: Entprise Admin and so i would ONLY require the 70-647 cert for my goal ?

Or do i need to optain 3 new certs (70-649, 70-647 and another) ?

Big thanks to anyone that can advise

    Regards
    D.S.

Sitting and passing 70-649 gives you: 70-640, 70-642 and 70-643 certs. (as per: TS: Upgrading Your MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist)

As you already have the 70-620 (it doesn't get used for a specific requirement btw, it just counts as you having it to fulfil a requirement) then you only need to sit 70-647 to gain the MCITP: Enterprise Administrator.

These exams are retiring on July 31st 2013 so you'll need to sit both the 70-649 and 70-647 if you're intent on getting the MCITP moniker.

You'd then be looking at the 2012 upgrades I presume?

Thanks for your reply, this clears up my concern and allows me to crack on with 70-647 next knowing that i wont have 'another' to
    do before end July.
