Hi!

I'm currently working in 2nd line support for a fairly large company (700 or so users) over in Nottingham. We support a bit of everything - Win XP, Win2k3 Server, Exchange 2k3, SQL 2000/2005, Oracle, Unix, Crystal, HP kit, IBM kit, Cisco, Nortel, Tivoli... you name it, we've probably got it lurking around somewhere!

I'm about to take my CCNA 802 exam in the next week or so, and I'm planning on getting my MCSE in the next two months. I'm pretty much on top of the actual knowledge - it's just I didn't have the money to take the exams as I was out of work for a while until the end of the summer. Luckily though, my very generous employers are paying for it all, so I hope to get those done and dusted pretty quickly.

Apart from the work stuff, I'm 26, just got engaged, massive Arsenal fan and season ticket holder (though you'd never guess from the name ), and in my spare time I'm into photography, playing guitar, and ogling over cars I'll never be able to afford in a million years.
