I was gonna do some cramming, and then maybe think about a Koenig Boot Camp in India (I need to get off the ground). There is a thread on them on the forums, but no feedback. Anyone know anything ?

    Hello and Welcome.

I am not sure about Koenig but there are lot's of threads on Boot Camps. All depends if you want the fast track or the slow track and have bucket loads of money to spend- Boot Camps are usually quite expensive!

Hello again guys. From reading the forums it seems like very few people go the bootcamp route (probably because of cost). I've seen people talk about doing CCNA privately after picking up routers / switches on ebay or similar. This seems like more cost-effective way of doing things, because at least you can sell them again when you're done !

From a pragmatic approach, can anyone who has done this suggest a shopping list ? Would you suggest the CISCO hardware needs to be live to the net ? (I do have a broadband router), or is it sufficent to study simply with a local virtual setup.

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong forum here, please feel free to move the post.

    regards

    Clunes
