    Hi everyone, congratulations on a great forum - a real vault of knowledge I'm glad I stumbled upon.

    i am starting a HND in technical support next week, does any one have any advice or opinions on college and HNC/D in paticular. What chance of a job will I have in two years time? What further study would be beneficial?

    Hi & welcome to CF :)

    Other things that may assist you would be: the A+, Network+ & MCDST. After finishing the HND, you can always top up to the BSc/BA part-time.
