hi sorry to qoute myself but having found out that after this year you are going to need to recertify yourself every 3 years i would really like to know if its worth doing the A+, N+ or S+ certificates.
I believe i would of covered most if not all of the A+ and N+ stuff in the BTEC course however i dont know if its worth it or not

After three years, I would hope that you'd have enough experience that the A+ and Network+ wouldn't be as vital to have on your CV. But at the beginning of your career, when you won't have much/any experience, the certifications are quite useful.

You should really get the A+ and Network + before doing security+ they will be very beneficial.

    Certifications: A+, N+, MCDST, Security+, 70-270
    WIP: 70-620 or 70-680?
