Right! Just entered the forum. What I need to know is: Who is the best provider? I am about to embark on the road to discovery and certification and want to know that I am going with the right people and not wasting my and my employers money! Whats the general consensus?

I provide an amazing cup of coffee at 3 am with a strong South Westerly gale blowing, from a small stove I carry in my rucksack. Serously, the question is a difficult one as we all learn in very diffrent ways and one "provider" may suit one individual and not another.
