    Hello there people!

I just joined this forum to gain some knowledge about A+ certification, MCSE and stuff like that. I've already found some great tips and resources in the training section of the forum, so I'll be getting straight into getting some books off Amazon. But the main reason I joined was because of an awful time I had with computeach. To cut things short, I joined back in 2006 and paid roughly £2500 for the ic3, comptia A+ courses. I live alone with my mother who unfortunately fell ill so I had cut short on my study time. I let computeach know this and they assured me that they will extend my course, so I thought all things were fine and dandy. I had kept in contact with them all through out the 2008, up until last march were one of their customer service reps told me she would send out all the ramaining courseware, and I should try and take my exams before march of this year. Very well I thought! Until I called up computeach and they told me my course was termainated in october 2007  I was shocked, I paid for ic3 and the A+ certification (I never recieved my A+ courseware BTW)

But I'm dealing with them now and TBH Its all behind me and Im looking forward to the future.

Ouch... sorry to hear about your mother, is she doing better now?
    Welcome to the board.
Good to see you've put things behind you, since being mad/frustrated at something can really reduce your productivity, in this case studying.

    Good luck, and again welcome.
