Hello all,

I just want to introduce myself and say that despite having type 1 diabetes, I am successfully studying on the SkillsTrain Webdesigner (CIW) course, the course (is brilliant!) and it gives me the flexibility I needs to study and at the same time I can follow my musical career.

The Skills Train have sponsored a charity event I run called Pop 4 Diabetes in aim to raise money for a charity close to my heart (Diabetes UK) to raise much needed funds for research.

I am really greatful of the Skills Train for also sponsoring the production of my CD set for release in June which will also help to raise even more funds for the charity.

So a big thank you to the Skills Train for making everything possible.

Best of luck with your CIW studies. I look forward to reading about how those studies are going in the CIW part of the forum.

PS: Given that the charity site you mention is up and running, it might be pertinent to point out that someone could give it an edit? There are a number of typos, or bits where words run into each other... no spaces, if you know what I mean.

Also needs updating to include SkillTrain and a description.

Always better to keep it looking professional upfront on those sort of things.
