I am a Mobile IT Desktop Support Technician with over eight years of IT support experience. In my time of being in this type of role I have worked for Fujitsu support Services for RBS bank on the VCS project . also I have worked in two other leading support roles following ITIL standards in both. Which has enabled me to further develop my skills and experience of working within an of large and busy IT Team. I Am Detail orientated with strong work ethic. I am skilled in problem-solving am a fast-learner and have excellent interpersonal and team working skills. I am keen to develop my skills Further in the IT field, I am looking for a chance to undertake MSDPT and CCNA Qualifications .

Welcome to CF, I have not heard of the MSDPT certification unless you meant MCDST but that was for Windows XP so you may want to look at the MCITP certification to come up to date with Windows 7.

MCITP & CCNA are different areas of IT, as MCITP is more Technician based for the 70-680, and CCNA is Cisco Networking
