    I am new to this forum. I am planning to study ITIL foundation course. When I started to search the faq, I found this site. Seems a great one. Let me hope I have come to the right place in search of my destination in process management and the IT Management world.

    Hi & welcome to CF :) How are you planning on studying for the ITIL? What materials are you going to use? I have to say that the ITIL is a very dry course/subject and only one or two subjects actually was interesting to me - good luck :lol:
