    Hi, just a quick hello.

I've previously been working in IT in a web developer role, loved scripting and MySql but hated the actual design so decided to take a sideways step as my job over the last three years has been nearly all design.

Now got a new job as a no2 to an IT manager doing mainly help desk stuff.

Even though I've got B.Sc. Computing I've never looked at getting any certs before as they weren't really needed( examples of work seemed to do).

I'm extremely lucking in the fact that my IT manager is a friend who was on my degree(Its who you know in IT!) has a budget for training and is willing to cover any exam fees + some relevant training.

My intentions are to study for the 70-290 first then take it from there really.
